Happy New Year! I'm often ask, "what is your mission that drives your business" that is such a great question and that is why we want to start off this new year off with this important subject.

Just to put it bluntly, just being an MLM distributor isn’t going to get it, because the 21st Century Entrepreneurs are going to brutally knock you out (if you choose not to step it up of course)!

Allow me to explain, because It took me a while to understand the difference, and it cost me THOUSANDS (maybe even millions) of dollars, which is why I want to share this information with you, so you can share it with your team.

This way the number of individuals that suffer endlessly in this industry will decrease and as a result more lives will be transformed, personally & financially.

First off...

An MLM Distributor focuses solely on promoting their company’s product, comp plan and business opportunity and they don’t understand that “the product” isn’t “the product,” and they wonder why no one seems to be interested in being a product evangelist like they are.

A 21st Century Entrepreneur understands that they are “the product,” and people join people not business opportunities.

21st understand that people are looking for leadership and they will join you because they see you as a leader that can get them to where they want to be in life.

Secondly, MLM Distributors waste a lot of time chasing and trying to convince their friends and family to join their “ground floor” business opportunity.

A 21st Century Entrepreneur understands that leveraging technology puts them in the position to become the hunted instead of being the hunter.

Meaning instead of trying to force their opportunity down people’s throat, they focus on educating their potential prospects and positioning what they have to offer as a solution to a problem or desire that their prospect has.

I could go on and on, but just look around at the Network Marketing industry. What are all the Industry Leaders promoting?

If you said, “they are promoting themselves and their value,” you are absolutely right! Just take a look at their Facebook and Twitter profiles. Leaders are rarely (if ever) spamming their followers with their products and opportunity.

They are more focused on sharing value, taking their followers on their journey and showing them the lifestyle/benefits that this wonderful industry can afford you.
