Article Article Intro
This is a group of people that have given so much to all of us and many need a lot of personal help. Many of these families struggle to get on their feet, after their service. I, as most Americans, had no idea of the dire financial situation of many activated reservists/national guard families and those families of troops wounded in the line of duty. Over 40% of all troops in the middle east the past 6+ years have been activated reservists/national guards- often receiving 30-40% less in military pay than they made in civilian life, but their bills remain the same- or those wounded who in many cases can never achieve the financial future they had before. It is estimated by the VA that over 300,000 troops will suffer either physical or physiological brain issues alone.

If you look below, you can see a small sample of the hundreds of stories that I was exposed to through The Murray Grey Foundation and its Military Families Support operation, serving the families of those who serve America. As a proud American, It made me want to be a part of the solution and to team up with the Foundation. This Foundation is one of the few organizations that actually help with immediate financial assistance, without the red tape.

We at The Network Marketing Magazine said YES when we were asked to help The Murray Grey Foundation in a number of ways to support these military families.

Here are a few: Raise money through their $20 for the families campaign (www.twentyforthetroops.com) . This is a campaign that raises cash that goes directly to the needs of the families. To help further, we have, also through this campaign, given those networkers who will make a donation, bonuses for them and their downline, upline and crossline to extend membership to The Network Marketing Magazine, free with their donations. Find out more at: https://www.thenetworkmarketingmagazine.com/OnlineMilitaryFamily/ We also have agreed to help The Murray Grey Foundation produce an online magazine called Online Military Family. This magazine will be a free resource for the families focused on the financial wellbeing of military families. We will be making available a new communication tool that will be available to all of you called www.LiveOnlineMeeting.com. This tool will be available for the families to do video conferencing with their loved ones all across the world.

We all can help in one very special way and that’s to offer military members and their families along with all veterans, the blessing of the income producing ability of our industry and the great companies, products and services this industry represents.

If you don’t know how to get started in sharing to this group, contact us in the comment form and we will help you. I know that this month’s issue has been dedicated to Goals. Thank you for allowing me to share our charitable goal with all of you! Aim high! George Madiou Just A sample of requests from military families that the MGF has helped! My name is xxxx. I am a military wife and my husband is currently in Ranger School. We are just recovering from a 15 month deployment. After our deployment we found out that we were expecting our 3rd child to be born in Feb however this came as a huge surprise and early financial situations when she was born in Oct. We have 2 other children who are both in school and as a single mother at this point in time with my husband being gone I am finding it hard to cope. We fell behind on utility payments and this morning I awoke to finding out that our power will be shut off today. We are behind a few months and as much as I am aware that this is a preventable situation we hit a hard spot financially and were unable to make those payments. Any help your foundation could offer us would be greatly appreciated as it is getting colder and with a newborn, a 3 year old as well as a 6 year old our family cannot afford to be without. Please help!

My husband only returned from Iraq last August and is facing another deployment next year. He struggled to find employment and settle back into civilian life. We have an autistic son and bills that take all of our hard earned money each month. Some weeks I worry about how we will put gas in our car and what we can combine to make a meal. Now to have to worry about paying high utility payments for providing a warm home for our children which is putting us over the edge. Please help take some of the pressure off of my husband so he can focus on his well being while serving our country.

My name is xxxx, currently stationed at Ft. Lewis as a active duty soldier with the army. I have came on hard times, recently, because of circumstances I can't control. My wife, xxxx, has been ill since September 2007 and has not been able to work. I was severely injured in Mosul, Iraq and have been in and out of the hospital since coming home August 2006. The injury was to my back and was opened up to my spine and has been slow healing. I would get another job, but I find myself exhausted mentally and physically to the point that this would be impossible at the moment. I have paid my bills on time, but we have little to no money for food, clothes, and needed repairs to my car. This is an embarrassing situation which makes me feel very distressed. I, reluctantly, had my wife move back in with her parents until our financial situation improves. My family is going to help in the future, but as of now I'm on my own. We would appreciate any help you can provide. If our rent was paid it would free up money that would help us get ahead and allow me to focus on the mission instead of my finances.

I'm a proud army wife- whose reservist husband is on his 3rd deployment. We live in Wisconsin and our furnace just stopped working and must be replaced. Its getting colder and colder, my children are constantly sick, and it stresses my husband out who has enough to worry about in Afghanistan- we need a new furnace and i have no where else to turn. Banks will not help.

My name is Rani, my husband is currently deployed. Last month my father in law died and we had to travel out of state for his services, then the 1st of this month we moved out of state. Both of those things put us really far behind on bills. My #1 stress on all the bills right now is my plates, I am driving around with an expired tag. There are a few other bills that are over due like my phone bill which if it gets shut off we will not have any contact with my husband at all. I have used the last of the change around the house for milk and bread to feed our 2 kids. I am at a loss of what to do. I have heard there is all kinds of help out there for us but I am having a real hard time finding any help. Please is there is anything you can do to help us, even if it is to refer us to someone that can help it would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thank you stressed out Army wife and mother

Greetings, I am praying your organization can help us connect with others to get some assistance in our time of need. My husband is a proud PFC in the Army National Guard and recently deployed to Iraq. We also have a 7 year old daughter with Autism. As you can imagine that challenge on it's own is a difficult one, however with my husband's deployment it has created a load that is nearly to much to bear, emotionally and financially. I had to leave a management position with a good company for a part time job so I can to take care of our daughters needs. Currently, we are having trouble making our house payment and the expenses of the new school year are looming. If there is any financial assistance you can offer we would
